Technical Support and Advice
At allthingsmac.co.uk you have 3 support options:
Remote Support
Download our Support Tool and within seconds we connect directly over the internet to your Mac. This method of support is perfect for those software issues and the cheapest and fastest way of getting you back up and running in no time at all. We charge a minimum fee of £20 but this does include the first 20 minutes. After this time it’s only £1 per minute.

Onsite Support
We come to you wherever you are to carry out your support issues, repairs and upgrades. For this we charge a call out of £45. Thereafter it's £50 per hour charged in increments of half hours. There is a minimum charge of £50 for this service.

While You Wait Support
You come to us with your Mac and we carry out your support, repairs and upgrades while you wait. Based just outside Croydon, Surrey, we offer a free pick up service from our nearest BR station East Croydon. We also have free parking for those that drive. For this type of service we charge just £50 per hour, again charged in increments of half hours with a minimum charge of £25.
